Lease To Own
The Xpress Cargo, Inc. Lease to Own program is a walk-away lease. We are a fast growing company and we are gearing to boost our fleet of Company Drivers but, we do have room for those of you that want a taste of ownership. We offer this option to those of you that want to get your own truck. We have listed below general information and requirements that you should know before joining the Xpress Cargo Lease to Own program. Our Chief Operations Officer Shawn Sign will personally show you how to manage your business and show you how to make money as a Lease to Own driver.
Weekly deposit on Tuesday thru Saturday - Must have a direct deposit account
If no bank account you will be set up on a Green Dot pay card.
Miles are paid based on PC Miler short miles zip code to zip code.
We offer competitive pay and consistent miles. Contact our Recruiter for more details.
Detention Time Unloading
Cargo & Liability Insurance
Fuel surcharge (Loaded dispatch miles only - based on National Average week) right now has been running $.46 to $.48.
Reefer Fuel Surcharge: You will receive $.08 per load dispatch mile on reefer loads only.
Three years you own your own truck.
We've got late model (2017)Trucks. The different makes and models range from Peterbilt 579's or Kenworth T680's trucks come with automatic transmissions, APU Units, Refrigerators, Double Bunk Sleepers, Power Inverters, and DriverTech DT4000 Units.
All of our trucks are required to have DT4000 units for trip planning, E-Logs, and dispatch communications.
Trucks have a governed speed of 65 on the pedal - 72 on cruise control.
Reefer or Dry Van 2012 or newer. The refrigerated units are comprise of Carrier and mostly Thermo King units. All with GPS and Temperture Control tracking.
Comprehensive Maintenance Program:
We help you to keep your truck on the road making money. We have a fully staffed 8-Bay Fleet Maintenance Shop to handle all PM's and repairs.
