Driver Requirements:

- 23 years of age or older
- Valid CDL
- 2 years recent verifiable OTR
- 5 yr. driving record reviewed
- No DUI / DWI in previous 5 years
- Must be able to perform essential functions with and                 without reasonable accommodation

Equipment Requirements:

- Must be 5 years or newer
- Trailers - no older than 10 years
- Equipment must be brought to Indiana for inspection prior       to Business Operating Agreement signing.
